TAH and vaginal and urinary pain

Help, I had a total abdominal hysterectomy 2 months ago and have since then experienced sometimes severe urinary and vaginal pain. The vaginal painis sharp occurs during intercourse and feels like the reconstructions is too short. The urinary pain feels like a UTI, but all cultures have been neg. It varies from stabbing pelvic and abdominal pain to burning, frequency, and urgency. Has anyone else had this happened to them? Any suggestions to help?
