I am considering the botox because I was told that my vestibulodynia is due to PFD. But I also have rectal throbbing pains as well. When you botox thru the vagina, can you reach the rectal muscles as well? I also posted the question about whether the botox would alleviate the pain at 4 6 8 in vestibule
