His and Her Health

I have suffered a vaginal septum although not at all as bad a some others of which i am thankful for. I had mine operated on last year, and apart from occasional pain during initial insertion things are now going well with sex. My vaginal septum presented as a very thick band of skin in the entrance of the vagina, therefore lucky not to have a complete vertical septum. My question is this, will the fact that I had a widened entrance to the Vagina actually be helpful in giving birth? and my next question is will it make it more painful due to scar tissue.

It probably won't affect delivery, tearing typically occurs in the vestibule, not vagina
