His and Her Health

I'm 58 and had a total hysterectomy a year ago. I head a necrotic (blackened, dying) fibroid in my uterus the size of a ball which twisted my uterus over backwards causing pain. I've been married 38 years been on Lexapro and clonazepam for 20 years and had orgasms along with hypothyroidism for which I take synthroid. The orgasms were always strong pelvic thrusts. Blood pressure and cholesterol is now lowered due to weight loss, diet and pravastatin. I've never been seriously sick til last year along with a marble sized kidney stone smashed 2x.
So, I'm trying to have an orgasm that is no longer there and suspect it's because the uterus is gone. I was on Estrates hs but because of my age and the hurting of my breasts, I stopped it. I take vagifem. I've been researching this problem but not getting satisfaction. I'm cluleess, angry and frustrated. I feel empty. Please advise.
