For Dr. Goldstein- HPV and posterior fourchete fissure?

I was wondering if an HPV infection could be attributing to my recurrent fissue of the posterior fourchette. I had cyro to remove several small warts about 6 years ago, and it seemed that the problem began after that. It only occurs with intercourse.
