vaginal dryness

i have a 15 month baby.after delivery my vaginal itching and dryness is much increased and during inetrcourse also it remains same.due to that i get a little pain in starting inetrcourse with my partner.
please advice me some good cream or lubricant that wil help me our and also wil increase the sexual pleasure.please advive me cream that wil b available in india easily.

We cannot recommend a product. If you do a search on the internet under"personal lubricants" you can find a number of them. Also your GYN should be able to suggest something to help you.

I really like Slippery Stuff. My PT uses it with her patients. It doesn't get sticky, it's water soluble, and non irritating. My husband likes it too. You can order it online, so I think they can ship to India. You will have to check to see if it;s compatible with condoms if you use those. I would also talk to your gynecologist about the problems you've been having as there could be some post delivery complications.

Sonal, have you been cleared by your OB/gyn for any infection, etc. Are you taking birth control? Breastfeeding?
I agree with Lotus on the lubricant. I use it in my clinic.
