hypnosis

Has anybody tried hypnosis for pain management?

I'm at the point where I'll try about anything, but I also don't want to throw my money away.

Re: hypnosis

Perplexed, I read your other post and know you are using E/T cream and lidocaine. What other therapies are you doing or have done? Sorry I don't have an answer to the hypnosis question though.

Re: hypnosis

Thanks for asking, Niva!

Unfortunately, I've tried about everything for vestibulitis (I've seen well known Dr's, including Dr. Goldstein who helped me the most. But I now see a local Dr. because of traveling costs).

I'm still giving Capsaicin a try but I'd like to someday have sex without burning afterward. And I'd like to be active again, and not have the pain dictate what I can do. Every vulvodynia-sufferer's dream
