I need help I am possibly pregnant by only a few weeks and the other day i had upper stomache cramping and now for the last two days it had hurt to urinate, its not a burning sensation, its almost like I am about to orgasm(thats the best way I can describe the feeling)so I was wondering if it had to do with possibly being pregnant or if I had something else wrong
