Painful Orgasm

Ok I really need help and I am at an absolute loss. I am a 23 year old female who is experiencing pain after orgasms. My medical history consists of a long medical record full of gynecological and other medical issues. When I was a freshman in high school I received the first cyst on my right ovary. I know a cyst is normal because thats how we release eggs but it wasn't normal because it was painful and wouldnt rupture when it was supposed to, so they placed me on birth control.. so I took the birth control- but then the week I was supposed to take the non active pills so that I could have my period, I would get another cyst, so they put me on back to back birth control. My periods have always been abnormal because I would bleed very heavily and sometimes I would bleed longer than normal, once I bled for 27 days straight they decided to do a lap. and they found out I had endometriosis, so I went through the treatment for that, which was the lupron depot shot which throws you into menapause and shrinks the endometrium.. it was a six month long process for me, so once it was over and everything wanted to start working again, I was in the worst pain I have ever felt in my life.. I go to the hospital they told me that I had a cyst on my ovary and I needed to follow up with my OBGYN within the next three weeks, so i went in the next day because I was really in a lot of pain, so he got the results and said that if I was in that much pain then he would need to admit me right then and there and go in for surgery the next morning, and I said go for it because I can't handle the crap.. so I get out of surgery and doc tells me that my left ovary and fallopian tube are gone, I had a torsion on my left ovary. it was the size of a grape fruit and was so heavy is started twisting- cut all blood circulation off to my ovary and when he went in my ovary was dead. But he said on the bright side is the endometriosis was gone everything else looked pretty. He did also tell me that my uterus was tilted to the left a little bit- not sure what that means but whatever.. so now over the last year or so.. I am not even sure to be exact as to when but sometimes after an orgasm I experience pain.. it happens about one minute after the orgasm and lasts for a good three minutes or so. It's a cramping pain- it's located all across my pelvic abdomen area, where you would normally have period cramps. Also compared to period cramps these are more severe.. they happen closer to my period due date sometimes but sometimes it will happen whenever. for example it happened today and today is the 30th my period should start on the 8th. A couple months ago when I had this pain, it turned out I was pregnant, but I ended up miscarrying on mothers day, so that is another problem because we had been trying, I didnt even think I would be able to get pregnant but then I did and we were so happy and excited thinking praise the lord, its a miracle baby, but then I miscarried at 4 weeks and 6 days. I am experiencing these cramps all over again but I am not suspecting that I am pregnant because before I was even pregnant the first time, I was experiencing this very same symptom when I was not pregnant- I really need someone's help because I have been in and out of the ER for the last couple months and they did pelvic exams and everything came back fine nothing came back abnormal.. I dont know if a vaginal exam done in the ER would include a pap smear or if that is a pap smear but everything has been fine. Then sometimes I will bleed after sex just a little bit, it happens every once in a while its not a constant thing so I am not to worried about it.. but on top of that I have had other problems that might be somehow related if I have some sort of weird disorder or disease or something so to give you an idea of my other medical issues.. I had my gall bladder and appendix removed, they also did a biopsy of my liver because it didnt look normal all they could tell me is the little cells they found were not cancerous.. I had my left ovary and left fallopian tube removed, I suffer from severe insomnia, I do have joint pain all the time, I have cubital tunnel in my right elbow, I had it in my left elbow also but it had to be fixed surgically.. I have siatica on my left side. I have had two bilateral eye muscle surgeries as a baby- I am legally blind without contacts or glasses. I get constant kidney infections, and UTI's. Gall bladder was removed because of stones and I happen to get kidney stones frequently also. I also have bad teeth problems. I grind my teeth in my sleep which caused severely infected teeth, I have had four molars extracted because of it. I think I might have colitis and or IBS I have very abnormal bowel movements and sometimes I experience bloody mucus in my stools. After my gall bladder was removed they found out that I had disfincto order disfunction or however you spell it, it's where the bile duct that was once attached to my gall bladder was not pushing the fluid all the way through made me feel like my gall bladder was back. I was born with an extra wisdom tooth which I guess happens to only one in a million people. I have a tendency to vomit out of no where for no reason. I have a sinus tachardya that turns into a superventricular tachardya which means that a normal heart rate beats at either 80 or 90- mine never beats less that 113 the highest it has ever been was 225. My freshman year in high school I tested borderline for lupus and once retested it came back negative I have been tested several times since then and still negative.. but that same freshman year I also was diagnosed with rheumithoid artheritis through shriners hospital so I was retested for that recently and that also came back negative. I have been tested for several auto immune diseases all in which have come back negative except last year I did test positive for an auto immune skin disease, I dont remember the name but wish I could so I could be retested, it was some skin disease that had to do with the skin being too tight or something the doc came in and said it was barely positive and I needed to be retested in a month and if I tested positive then I had it but never was retested. I do have a buttferfly type redness on my face, with this redness comes a lot of a little bumps I also have this same type of rash on both biceps I have had this redness ever since about late elementary school. my fingernails are very weak and frail.. If I grow them out you could literally fold them over like as easy as a piece of paper. Thats all I can really think of right now but I really need help because I have been searching for years as to why I have had so many problems I dont know if any of them are related but if for some reason they are then that information would be considered valuable. I am most concerned as to why all of a sudden after everything I have been through with my reproductive organs why all of a sudden I am experiencing a new symptom- I have had so many problems for so long, you would think that this symptom would have appeared a long time ago, not now... but I also did just miscarry so I hope that whatever it is that is causing it didnt cause the miscarriage but if it did, it needs to be fixed because we are trying to have a baby and I would like to have one before they have to remove everything. If you have any idea as to what could be going on please let me know. I am desperate at this point. Thank you for your time.

Re: Painful Orgasm

jme09,welcome to our forums. Another through exam by your Gyn should be in order to diagnose your painful orgasms and try to treat it. As of now the only thing we can do is provide a link to an article that may give you or your Gyn something to think about.Don't worry about the menopausewise name that's not what we wanted you to consider. Its the many overlapping conditions that can come with a disease
