Painful penetration not related to lubrication

I am wondering if anyone else has these same symptoms...

I can easily reach orgasm with touching and I can lubricate naturally, although probably not enough and therefore we use coconut oil for extra help. I have no unhealthy issues with my husband and have had comfortable sex with him in the past and acheived orgasm during intercourse - but now, as his penis enters and as it moves back and forth it is like there are these lines on the vaginal wall that ignite with pain. If he doesn't move around inside me, it doesn't hurt. And if he goes deep enough and just stays there it doesn't hurt. So it isn't deep penetration that creates the problem and it isn't that I am too tight. We lube up like you wouldn't belive and I really don't think it's a lubrication thing either!

Also, I had a vaginal ultrasound that was incredibly painful as well, despite the fact that the probe was practically dripping with the lube that they use. It slid in quite easily and it wasn't a dry friction that caused the pain at all. I also experience extreme dicomfort during any gynecological exam. Even my husband's lubricated finger causes this pain, although it is on a smaller scale. I dream about intercourse, I want to have intercourse, I remember loving intercourse...I feel like there is something on the vaginal walls that is causing the discomfort. What could it be???

Re: Painful penetration not related to lubrication

Has your gyn noted anything or atrophy? Are there fissures? Has the gyn palpated the pelvic muscles to see if they are reproducing this pain?

Nope. I'll ask about these things? Haven't heard about any of it. I thought fissures were associated with your anus. Thanks, I will look into it.
