Dr. Goldstein,
I was in complete shock after watching your interview. I have been suffering from the same kind of pain that you described for many years. My doctor always told me that it was just in my head, but I knew something was not right. I live in Texas; can you point me in the direction of a doctor that might live in this part of the country?
