Vaginal mycosis and vestibulitis

How can I treat vaginal mycosis (not a chronic one, I usually don't have this problem) when I have vestibulitis? I'm afraid that the vestibulitis could get worse when I treat the mycosis with a general (topical) antimycotic ointment or cream.

Any idea how I could get rid of it without worsening the VV?

That is a question you need to have addressed by your own Gyn.
