Great video! I've tried finding a way to save the video to my computer so that I can practice the exercises but haven't figured it out. I tried the "e-mail" link from the video but it never shows up in my email. Is there a way to get the video? Otherwise, I'll have to watch it repeatedly and take multiple notes.

junai, you could post a request to Amy Stein,MPT on this board to see if she has copies of the video.

Oh, goodness. Why didn't I think of that? I've sent her an e-mail through this board. I also ordered her book about which I am quite excited as I live overseas and the military PT's here don't work with PFD.
