Dr. Goldstein,

I truly, desperately need your help. Where I am currently, and will be for the next couple of years, I have no access to qualified medical help or in fact any doctor who might be sympathetic to or ware of this problem.

I have been married for a year now, have been dating the same guy for the last 3 years and I am still unable to have intercourse. The last doctor that I went to said my hymen was too tight and so did a surgery to make a cut in there. It did not help. I still can't have intercourse.

I don't know if this information is useful but it also hurt to touch directly or around the clitoris area, more on the left side than the right, the left side is almost untouchable because of the level of pan that I experience there. Also, my vagina is always dry. I have never been able to use a tampoon and my periods have been hurting like hell for the last 5 years. Recently, my back has started to hurt a LOT a few days before the period.

Please, please tell me if there is any hope for me or my marriage. Please!
