The symptoms of endometriosis includes pain during sex. Is it possible that some people are diagnosed with vulvar vestibulitis but in fact have endometriosis. Is it the same kind of pain during intercourse or is it entirely different with endometriosis?

If it is only Endometriosis, yes there can be painful intercourse including painful penetration. Usually though, these patients don't complain of the burning, rawness, tearing types of symptoms. It is more of the crampy, deep achiness (which can also be heard from patients w/VVS).
