His and Her Health

My Dr. wants to do a Perinoplasty (sp?) I also have a slight Rectocle (sp?) which he says he can repair at the time he does the Perinoplasty. I also have IC and My Uro wants to do a Hydro at the same time. Should I have all three of these done at the same time and get it all over with at one time or be put under 3 different times?

Have your doctors consulted on doing all operations at the same time? They probably have and found it the best option for you.

Thank you Dr.Goldstein for your reply and for this board. Yes, they work very closely together. My OBGYN was the first to suspect IC and referred me to my URO. I will be going to my Pre Op meeting soon, what questions should I ask?
I failed to mention I am 51 have had a complete hysteroctemy (sp) and one child. So I am familiar with some pain of course the VVS and IC are painful. I suppose I am most nervous about after the surgery the pain level since I am having many things done at one time.
