bumps that itch

I get these little tiny bumps on the edge of the lips that start to itch, then burn sometimes. Some OTC creams help & sometime they irritate. Is there something that can get rid of these almost permanently? I get them at all different times, so I am not seeing relation to menstruation or sex.

Since you have not been diagnosed as to what the bumps are (and we can't do it on line)How do you know what to put on it? I would suggest you see your gyn for diagnosis and proper treatment.
