His and Her Health

Please Help....I have what I think is vaginal psoriasis. It itches so bad that I can bleed from scratching. I can't even wear underwear because the pressure from it causes itching. It does not burn or hurt when I urinate at all. I have asked my OB/Gyn about it and he basically ignored me. I have tried EVERYTHING and am at my wit's end. I also have severe psoriasis on my elbows too. I have tried Enbrel, Methotrextrate, Clobesterol, evertything and nothing helps. It just makes it worse. What can I do? I can't have sex with my husband as it just irritates the heck out it . Please anyone with some advice?
