My girlfriend and I were sleeping in her bed, and in the morning she told me that I had choked her until she passed out, then masturbated in her bed next to her. She thought I had done it on purpose, but I have no memory of any of it happening. I just want to know if it is possible that I choked her and masturbated all in my sleep, or if maybe she was having a vivid nightmare.

I suppose it is possible and would like to suggest you see someone at a sleep disorder clinic for testing.Its not a good thing if you choke your girlfriend and don't remember it.
