I have painful itchy vulvar area, and now there are two places that look like small cuts. The one on the bottom, closer to anus, is a moist painful slit that is slightly bloody. The second is like a small mound of dry skin with a crack in it, more itchy but still painful, located just where the pubic hair begins above the clitoris. I had this happen once before about 2 months ago with just the dry one and red itchy burning labia, my doctor tested for std's and yeast, also did a biopsy with no results. please help.
