As someone who is completely uninterested in porn, I have a question for all of the guys out there who are in relationships. This probably sounds stupid but why do you look? Do you get something out of it that you're not getting from your girlfriend? Do you find those women more attractive than your girlfriend? Or is there just some other reason entirely? I'm not judging, I just want to know.

I was also wondering this. The guy I am currently dating likes to look at porn. While this doesn't bother me, it does make me curious about why that excites him so much.

I can only speak for myself on this issue but whenever I was in a relationship my need for porn decreased tremendously. There were times when I still did rent a movie but it was more for visual stimulation. While in a relationship you still need to take care of things yourself sometimes and the video was just a visual aid. <P>Other than that if my partner was willing I would much rather look at her than porn, even if to just stare at her beautiful naked body and carress and massage her was pure heaven and porn was of very little interest.<P>Dojo

I believe the factual answer to that question that I have heard over the yrs is that men respond to visual stimulation such as porno, lingere ect, while woman are more readily stimulated by emotional such as romance, candlelight dinners, flowers ect. That is not to say that women don't sometimes get a little turned on by a scantilly clad good looking man or men by a little personal attention.
