i am married for last 9 yrs... n have son.. my prob is.. after d birth of my child i am having dull orgasm... i mean specially after having birth control pills...i do feel my orgasm but it is too dull n i dnt enjoy it at all... my son was cesearian... had also put IUD for three yrs..becoz of lack of orgasm i have lost interest in sex...i am 32 yrs old now... can u suggest any medicine for it.. or any tests.. i am too shy too go to d doctor for this prob... before this birth control pills i was very active sexually n used to enjoy orgasm... my social life is very good n healthy

If I were you, I'd try something besides birth control pills and see if that makes a difference. How old is your son?

You will have to see your gynecologist for a possible change of birth control with less sexual side affects. If you are that shy the doctor will not know what to do to help you unless you tell him. Doctors do not judge you by your medical needs.

son is 7 yrs old... i have stop having pills for last 5 yrs... but my prob is still d same... i am trying other kinda method... but don't know what prob i am having for dull orgasm

It is another woman with your problem and I just replied to it as I have this problem too. There is a whole thread on this in the men's health forum. I posted the link in my reply to that post. I have found doctor's unable to help and more than one has told me this is a psychological problem, which is enough to make me depressed as I KNOW 100% it's not. It seems that doctor's don't have the answer, but it would be worth checking in case you find a good one. If so, please please share your solutions!
