His and Her Health

My friend has a problem and I wonder if anyone has any insight. She says that she keeps getting wet (like you would with an orgasm), but without an orgasm. She'll just be sitting at her desk working, not thinking about anything sexual at all (fortunately she works from home)and she will have a release of wetness and have to go change her panties. Or the same thing will happen at night.

Any ideas as to what it could be?

That's normal vaginal discharge. It is a normal way for your body to discard fluid and old cells.

Many women have this discharge...I wear a mini pad all the time...TC, C

Or she could have stress incontinence.
