TOPIC: my first post... please help

my first post... please help

So I'm about to throw a lot out there...

Is it normal to have bloating and cramps after sexual arousal with no orgasm?

I am a virgin and my boyfriend and I plan to have sex but we want to make it special. He masturbates and gets off pretty easily. I don't do either... I don't know what could make me orgasm. I don't even know if I can orgasm! Before him I never had the desire for anything other than kissing, sad I know. But now I am worried that when we do finally have sex, he will be upset if I don't orgasm. He already gets insecure about the fact that he has not pleasured me yet. I am completely lost on this... any advice???

Re: my first post... please help

The fact that your boy friend may be upset if you don't orgasm is enough pressure on you to guarantee you won't. The first time you have intercourse is a learning experience. You are getting to know each others bodies , you may be sore the first time.
Advise him that most women do not orgasm through intercourse.

Re: my first post... please help

I have told him that several times but it still seems to bother him. He constantly wants to satisfy me in every way possible. He does everything he can to make me feel special and I guess him not being able to do something for me gets to him (ex: pleasuring me). He is more nervous about having sex than I am, he seems to feel more pressure about it than I do. I mean, I have no idea what to do about it. If we do have sex soon its not like I could fake an orgasm like some women do, I don't even know what one is like!
And thank you for the response.

Re: my first post... please help

thank you for the link by the way.

so my boyfriend and I were talking about all of this and see we attempted sex awhile ago but once he got close to going inside of me he lost his erection. Ever since then he has been extremely insecure. We will discuss having sex and he will say how badly he wants to and how much he wants that special connection, but he always says that he "can't do it". He does not think he is capable of actually going inside of me. He has tried several things to make himself less nervous, but nothing has really worked. I have gotten pretty frustrated lately since he gets the chance to orgasm every time that we do anything, but I have yet to even get close. He is seriously scared of going inside of me. I'm the first girl that he has ever been truly sexual with, and he is the first guy that I have ever been sexual with. So neither of us have experience... could that be playing a role in all of this? None of it makes sense to me. Does he lose his erection because of anxiety? I have so many questions and no answers.
I apologize if this is too much information or too graphic or anything like that.

Here is a link to a website that will answer a lot of your questions. AS first timers you are both nervous and that can affect his performance.

Re: my first post... please help

It's important for you to learn how to orgasm by yourself first. Then you can help your boyfriend. Spend some time alone exploring your body. Pay attention to what feels good. It may not be penetration - it could be gentle stroking of your clitoris, your labia, your nipples, some combination. Get a vibrator. Some women simply need the more intense, focused sensation of a vibrator on the clitoris to climax. Once you've had one orgasm, you'll know what it feels like and it will be easier after that.

The clitoris is a complex structure that goes deep inside the body. The part you can see is just the tip. Your boyfriend might have a hard time getting aroused and climaxing too if his penis was buried inside his body and he could only touch the head.

Your boyfriend's insecurities are not helping either of you! He needs to relax and not have so many expectations!
