questions about testostrone cream for women

I posted a little while back with 2 sexual issues. I can only have orgasms wih a stronge vibrater( sometimes with my fingers while rubbing my clit) and my orgasms are so weak and brief, not too enjoyable. I have suffered for years with this and done lots of research and homework. i have also seen lots of doctors to rule out possible causes. I stopped taking my antidepressants and been off them for a year now cause I head they may be the cause. I saw a urologist to see if I had any pelvis floor problems that be causing it. I got my circulation checked. I have seen gyno's and talked to them about it. I recently got my hormones checked and found out I have low levels of estrogren and tesostrone. I'm not sure if that's the cause. either way, my doctor doesn't want to give me testostrone. I don't know what to do at this point. I also heard that long use of vibraters can cause problems so I been trying to lay off them. I also read that there is a condition called post SSI, sexual side effects after you stop taking antidpressants. so many possible reasons for my problem. i also suspect nerve damage cause when i was 15 i positioned myself against a swimming pool a few times(the only times i had good orgasms) I wonder if i damaged my nerves. so i have basically ruled out alot of causes but some i still suspect might could be causing this. i feel like i am going crazy with all this. is there anyone that can possible point me in the right direction? and should i ask again for a doctor to give me some kind of testrosrone cream or treatment?

Re: questions about testostrone cream for women

If you have low levels of estrogen and testosterone that will definitely affect you and you should get it treated. If your doctor can't or won't help you, you should see someone else.

I recently started seeing a naturopath who specializes in women's hormonal issues. She's got me on an array of hormones. I think the testosterone cream does help, but it needs to be balanced with your other hormones and customized to your specific situation. Your doctor may not be trained to do this kind of work.

Good luck! Help is out there.
