I have a pretty good overall sex life with my husband except for one annoying issue. During foreplay and prior to penetration I dont produce much natural juice and this makes initial penetration somewhat painful. I'm aware that artificial lubricants are available but we both agree that this dulls the sponaneity and natural element. What we really crave is to be able to produce sufficient moisture during forplay naturally so that the initial stages of full intercourse are entirely pleasurable. Any suggestions / techniques much appreciated.

I find 'fake' lubrication fun and so does dh, give it a try you might enjoy it. I don't get 'wet' either and it can be painful but any kind of lubrication we've used we have found to be enjoyable. Give it a try, you might find it to be fun!<BR>Moeell

Okay this is going to maybe sound gross....but my husband and I use saliva. Its always readily available in both of us and mush easier to deal with than reaching for that bottle of lub! I do not produce alot of moisture, only at ovulation time it seems is my best time for that. Anyway, the hubby and I use saliva pretty much every time. Worth a try eh? Just gather up some saliva from him or you and lubricate him and yourself...my hubby usually does it all, puts it on me and then himself....works for me! )

We also use saliva as well and lubricants. Oral sex as foreplay may be the answer. I find that my own natural secretions increase when my husband performs oral, you also get the saliva lube. If you do perchance go for a lubricant, I recommend the new KY. We keep it in our nightstand and my husband usually continues foreplay on me when he's putting some on, so we don't really break the mood.<BR>Hope this helps. Best of luck!
