Im am an 18 year old female. When I was 12 I started having severe menstral problems. I would have severe pain in the lower abdomen, shivers, vomiting and nausea, drowsiness, and long heavy menstral periods. At age 14 I went on birthcontrol which seemed to stop the symptoms. Not long after I noticed that my vaginal discharge was much heavier and was thick, milky, and occasionally smelly. It has been like that for almost 3 years with no pain during urination. When I was around 16 I started having rotating bouts of constipation and diarrhea. I continue to have problems with constipation and periodic blood and pain with bowel movements. Also at 16 I was raped, but I went and had testing done to find I had no stds. At about 17 I started having very severe, periodic pain, in the lower abdomen, especially after strenous activity. After I turned 18 I became sexually active. I experience pain during and after intercourse with no sexual sensation or climax. At first I related this to the pains experienced as a virgin during her "first time", however it has been 3 months with sex quite frequently. After sex I experience tenderness, swelling, spotting up to 2 days afterwards and pain during urination. I am afraid that I may have a problem that requires some sort of medical attention or may hurt me later on. If you know anything about medical problems fitting this description, please reply.
