i used to have endometriosis...just had a baby six months ago...just in the last week, when i have sex in certain positions (deep penetration) i get a stabbing pain in my left ovary area. sometimes other areas also (all around internal female parts) :confused:

That used to happen to me ando ne day it got so bad I ended up in the hospital. The doctors told me it was a cyst. That could be your problem. Sex can irritate it, or so it did with me.

I think the pain is actually occurring in your cervix. During deep penetration it is possible for the head of the penis to push on the cervix. Regardless of where the pain is coming from you probably should see your doctor.
