Re: first time pain

It is important that you seek a vulvar specialist or pelvic pain specialist. it could be the tissue that is irritated, for example, birth control pills, decrease estrogen which can cause dryness and irritaion. It could be muscular in nature, etc. there are certain associations that list providers: www.pelvicpain.org; www.nva.org; www.ica.org

Re: first time pain

Or, it maybe it is just like my situation when it took me and my first boyfriend at least three approaches for him to be able to penetrate me without too much pain (that was 7 years ago); and, it took us about two months of many attempts before I could climax. I, personally, think that it is the matter of enough moisture, excitement, relaxation... As soon as you'll get excited enough by foreplay and your body will really want it - sex will stop hurting and start pleasuring.
