Fish oil brand for the Orgasmic Diet

Hi all,

I've been taking high doses of fish oil as per zaneblue's orgasmic diet recommendations and have had great results. However, I'm still searching for a high quality brand at a reasonably low cost.

Thus far I've been taking Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega. However, I've just discovered Carlson's Very Finest Fish Oil which is much much cheaper (about half the price) for the same amount of EPA/DHA.

Can anyone explain why two seemingly similar fish oils have such a difference in price? I know Nordic Naturals is IFOS certified, but is Carlson's safe to take as well? Is Carlson's safe to take during pregnancy?

The same goes for their DHA capsules: Carlson's is way cheaper than Nordic Naturals.

Should I take the lower cost as an indicator of quality, or is Nordic Naturals just....expensive?
