Numb clitoris from strong vibrator. Please help!

Please share your experience! I have been using a strong plug-in vibrator (Eroscillator) and strong water stream for 10 years. Now it's difficult for me to orgasm just using my hands as my clit has become less sensitive. I'm completely "fead up" with being dependent on the vibrator as it negatively affects my partned sex. I would like to orgasm through using my hands during intercourse. Not being dependent to electric current and outlets!

Please tell me your story if you have experienced the same. How did you manage to wean yourself off the vibrator? How long time did it take? Any advice, tips and tricks to share? Did your clit sensitivity returned to "normal" (as it was before you used the vibrator). Did you experience better partned sex?

Thanks for your responses!

You might try one of the "warming" gels/oils applied to the clitoral area. That brings blood to the area and increases sensation. Then see if that helps with manual masturbation.

Thanks for you advice! As to the warming gel/oil. Any product you would recommendt? Furthermore, do you know where to find good/detailed information about the right way to train PC muscles?

We cannot recommend a product but there are over the counter gels/oils you could try. Even ask the pharmacist about them. A PT (physical therapist) who deals with pelvic floor dysfunctions may be able to help with PC muscles.
