Re: vestibulodynia

It is hard to say without assessing the muscles. Commonly the muscles affected by vestibulodynia are the superficial transverse perineum, pubococcygeus, puborectalis b/c they are close to the vestibule; however, it could be any of the pelvic floor muscles b/c they are so close together. It would be best to see a healthcare provider. My book, Heal Pelvic Pain, has a good illustrations with explanations.
