I am 19 and I suffer from severe pain during each of my periods?Is it the same with all the others?

Severe pain each month is not something all women have. Please see your GYN for an exam. I am sure there is something the doctor can prescribe to help you.

I am 35 , but I also experience the same .

As far as I know, Pills are a good solution but they made me sleepy and I lost my marks in two of my exams.

Once I had to roll out of pain till the pills started to work.

Some say pills effect our fertility factor.

One of my friends apply some oil on her stomach before three days. This was also of little use to her. Oops! Tough job!

im19 too and i pretty much have to stay in bed my whole period cuz its so painful
