got a strange question

I noticed that alot of times when I get a sexy thought, I get this sharp tingling feeling in my stomach..it only lasts a few seconds. it feels a little like a orgasms but without the tightening in the bodyand the release. it's weird. I wonder what it is I'm experiencing
